Free transfer service from our hotel  from and to the station in Zermajtt, taxi stand Zermatt or Heliport Zermatt on arrival and departure from 8 am to 7 pm (or by appointment).

By air

Zurich airport
By train from Zurich airport: change in Visp. Travel time 3 ½ hours.

Geneva airport
By train from Geneva airport, change in Visp. Travel time 3 ¾hours.
We also offer a direct transfer service from Geneva airport (mini-bus or limousine). Directly to Zermatt, then by electric car to the hotel. Price on request.

Sion airport
Taxi or shuttle bus to Sion railway station. Train from Sion railway station, change in Visp. Travel time 2 hours.
We also offer a direct transfer service from Sion airport (mini-bus or limousine). Directly to Zermatt, then by electric car to the hotel. Price on request.

Please notify us of your arrival time before you leave home. We will be delighted to collect you by electric car from Zermatt railway station.

By train

All connections: change in Visp. From Visp directly to Zermatt.

The car-free zone begins in Täsch. You have two options:
Option I
Park your car at the car park in Täsch) and take a taxi to Zermatt village entrance, where we will collect you with the electric car.

Option II
Park your car at the Matterhorn Terminal in Täsch (indoor parking places only) and take the shuttle train to Zermatt. Phone us from Täsch station and we will be delighted to collect you by electric car from Zermatt station.
